The plans, pre-filed on February 8, 2021, call for the construction of a 104-foot tall, eight-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: an eight-story new building.

The ground floor of the building will have a lobby, kitchen, office, conference room, dining area, and classroom space, per the filing. The second floor will have classrooms, a playground, nurse room, and storage. Floors three through eight will each have classroom and office space. The roof will provide an outdoor playground.

GF55 Architects is listed as the architect.

The property was acquired for $16 million on March 1, 2021.
