$5.8M rehab filed at Manhattan Community College in Tribeca

The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, on October 6, filed plans for a $5.8 million rehabilitation of one floor of a building at 199 Chambers Street in Tribeca, Manhattan.

This is the first alteration plan of over $1 million filed at the building since 2017, according to a PincusCo analysis of plans filed with the NYC DOB.

The plans call for upgrades to the cooling tower of the building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00602953.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed cooling tower upgrades at Manhattan Community College all as per plans filed herewith.
