City files plans for $23.4M in alterations for Touro College in Times Square

The New York City Economic Development Corporation, on January 11, filed two plans for a total of $23.4 million at 3 Times Square in Manhattan. At least one of the projects is for space occupied by Touro College.

The building was developed by Rudin Management for news-media company Reuters, both of whom have a long-term leasehold on the building, although the NYC EDC owns the building.

The first plans call for $14.7 million of work on floors one through seven of the 486-foot-tall, 34-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00614344.

The project is described in the filing as: General construction of the Touro College space as shown on the plans.

The architect listed is Michielli + Wyetzner Architects.

The second plans call for $8.7M of work on floors one through seven of the building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00614352.
