Boston Properties files plans for $15M multi-floor rehab of 399 Park Avenue
Boston Properties, on January 12, filed plans for a $15 million rehabilitation of two floors of an office building at 399 Park Avenue in Plaza District, Manhattan.
In the previous 12 months there have been 48 plans filed for a total of $46,336,197 of work at the building.
These plans call for a rehab of the 482-foot-tall, 43-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00629694.
The project is described in the filing as: Removal and installation of interior non-bearing partitions and related finishes as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy under this application.
The architect listed is Gensler.
Back in October the developer filed plans for a $6 million rehabilitation of one floor of the building.
