City files plans for $22.9M exterior rehab of Morrisania school

The New York City School Construction Authority, on December 1, filed plans for a $22.9M rehabilitation of the exterior of a school building at 1260 Franklin Avenue in Morrisania, Bronx.

The plans call for a rehab of the exterior of the 78-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00635593.

The project is described in the filing as: Reinforcement Support Elements, Paved Area Concrete, Windows, Parapets, Roofs and Exterior Masonry

These are the first alteration plans filed at the building this year.
