Plans filed for five-unit mixed-use building in East Williamsburg

Waterfront Property Management, on December 1, filed a permit application for construction of a five-unit, 17,248-square-foot mixed-use building at 91 Gerry Street in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Moses Karpen filed the plans.

Last year the developer filed a permit application for construction of a 12-unit, 16,826-square-foot mixed-use building at 590 Myrtle Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

The plans call for the construction of a 79-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00635897.

The project is described in the filing as: Proposed seven-story and cellar mixed-use building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby, medical office and six dwelling units. Floors two through five will each have one dwelling unit per floor. The sixth floor will have the lower half of a duplex unit, the upper half will be on the seventh floor.

The architect listed is Studio Gallos.
