City files plans for $11.3M rehab of East Harlem school

The New York City School Construction Authority, on June 10, filed plans for a $11.3 million rehabilitation of a school building at 319 East 117th Street in East Harlem, Manhattan.

The plans call for a rehab of the 46-foot-tall, four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00700607.

The project is described in the filing as: Full Program Accessibility and Flood Elimination.
