City files plans for $10.5M rehab of East Harlem school

The New York City School Construction Authority, on January 19, filed plans for a $10.5 million project to modify a school building to be ADA complaint at 508 East 120th Street in East Harlem, Manhattan.

The plans call for work on all four floors of the 50-foot-tall, four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00662616.

The project is described in the filing as: To modify existing building to be ADA complaint.

The architect listed is Velocity Architectural Services PLL.
