Citigroup finishes $6M single-floor rehab of HQ building in Tribeca
Citigroup, on March 26, formally completed a $6 million rehabilitation of one floor in at 390 Greenwich Street in Tribeca. The building is the smaller of the two-tower campus at 388-390 Greenwich Street where Citigroup is headquartered.
The plans, pre-filed on April 7, 2016, call for a rehab of the ninth floor of the 110-foot tall, nine-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: modification to existing HVAC system as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy under this application. Note the energy analysis for this project is being reviewed under alteration type 1 application # 121190503. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $6,000,000.
