Citigroup finishes $13M single-floor rehab of HQ building in Tribeca

Citigroup, on January 13, completed a $13 million rehabilitation of one floor at 388 Greenwich Street in Tribeca. The building is the larger of the two-tower campus at 388-390 Greenwich Street where Citigroup is headquartered.

The plans, pre-filed on October 5, 2016, call for a rehab of the 496-foot tall, 39-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: installation of interior non load bearing partitions as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress, or occupancy under this application The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $13,005,000.

Gensler was the architect for the project.

The firm has completed a series of rehab projects at the building over the last few months. Recently, a $4 million rehab of the 13th floor was wrapped up.
