Charles Wurzberger files plans for 27-unit resi building in East Flatbush

Charles Wurzberger of Candor Capital LLC, on April 21, filed a permit application for construction of a 27-unit, 19,427-square-foot residential building at 890 East 34th Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn.

The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, seven-story residential building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number B00490655. The development will occupy one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed new seven-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby and parking space for 14 cars. Floors two through six will each have five dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor will have recreation space and two dwelling units with private terraces. The roof will provide additional recreation space.

Lester Katz listed as the architect.

Demolition plans were filed in August of 2020.

The property was acquired for $750,000 on August 16, 2019.
