Chaim Babad files plans for nine-unit resi building in Borough Park
Chaim Babad through the company Babad Management Co., on May 13, filed a permit application for construction of a nine-unit, 27,026-square-foot resi building at 1449 55th Street in Borough Park, Brooklyn.
There have been 30 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
The plan call for the construction of a 45-foot-tall, four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00730176.
The development site spans two tax lots. The lot has a width of 100 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed new four-story and cellar, nine-family building with community facility. partitions as per plan.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby, house of worship, and recreation space. Floors two through four will each have three dwelling units per floor. The roof will have a private terrace and recreation space.
