Chafia Capital Partners files plans for 24-unit resi building in Marble Hill

Chafia Capital Partners, on April 20, filed a permit application for construction of a 24-unit, 17,776-square-foot residential building at 7 Terrace View Avenue in
Marble Hill, Manhattan. Jim Kwon, the founder of Chafia Capital Partners, filed the plans.

There have been seven new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 54-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00705695.

The development site spans one tax lot. The width of the lot is 107 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: new five-story over cellar, 24-family residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby. Floors two through four will each have seven dwelling units per floor, while the fifth floor will have three dwelling units and a terrace. The roof will have recreation space.

The architect listed is Charles Diehl Architect LLC.

The property was acquired for $260,000 on December 28, 2017.
