Central Park Capital Group files plans for 26-unit building in Washington Heights

Mike Reznik of Central Park Capital Group, on January 18, filed a permit application for construction of a 26-unit, 19,962-square-foot, mixed-use building at 563 West 170th Street in Washington Heights, Manhattan.

Over the previous 12 months there have been three new building plans, including these plans, filed in the neighborhood. The three plans combined for the construction of 368 new dwelling units in the neighborhood.

The plans call for the construction of an 85-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00660854. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: Proposed new eight-story residential and community facility building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential entrance and community space. Floors two through seven of the building will each have four dwelling units per floor, the eighth floor will have two units. The cellar had recreation space.

The architect listed is Z Architecture PLLC.

The property was acquired for $550,000 on September 22, 2014.
