JIH Group files plans for 32-unit resi building in East Flatbush

JIH Group, on January 19, filed a permit application for construction of a 32-unit, 22,011-square-foot residential building at 150 Erasmus Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Jacob Hirsch filed the plans.

The plans are one of 41 new building plans filed in the neighborhood over the previous 12 months. The plans combined to call for the construction of 789 dwelling units.

The plans call for the construction of a 55-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00642196. The development site spans two tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: five-story and cellar residential building total of 32 dwelling units.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have four dwelling units and recreation space. Floors two through five will each have seven dwelling units per floor. The roof and cellar will each have recreation space.

The architect listed is S. Wieder Architect P.C.

The property was acquired for $1.8 million on January 11, 2018.
