Plans filed for $12M project to convert four-unit Greenwich Village building to single-fam

Tony Kiser through the Greve Foundation, on January 19, filed plans for a $12 million project which aims to convert a four-unit to a single-family building at 25 East 11th Street in Greenwich Village, Manhattan.

The plans call for a change in the size of the building from a 54-foot-tall, five-story building with four dwelling units to a 54-foot tall, five-story building with one dwelling unit. This was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00658199.

The project is described in the filing as: conversion the building to one-family house and relocation of existing zoning floor area as shown on plans filed herewith.

Per the plans, each floor will have one fifth of a dwelling unit, once the project is completed.

The architect listed is Sawyer Berson Architecture.

The property was acquired for $12.5 million on October 7, 2019.
