Alexandria finishes $4.3M single-floor rehab of building in Kips Bay

Alexandria, on January 6, formally completed a $4.3 million rehabilitation of one floor of a building at 430 East 29th Street in Kips Bay.

The plans, pre-filed on June 2, 2020, call for a rehab of the 15th floor of the 270-foot tall, 17-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: construction of interior partitions, ceiling, doors, and finishes as shown on drawings filed herewith. No change to egress, use or occupancy. Related application number m00351960 and m00351970. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $4,270,000.

Jacobs was listed as the architect.
