Candor Capital files plans for 41-unit mixed-use building in East Flatbush
Candor Capital, on December 1, filed a permit application for construction of a 41-unit, 28,757-square-foot mixed-use building at 333 Linden Boulevard in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Charles Wurzberger, president at Candor Capital, filed the plans.
Earlier this year the developer filed a permit application for construction of a 27-unit, 19,427-square-foot residential building at 890 East 34th Street in East Flatbush.
The plans are one of 32 new building plans filed in East Flatbush this year. Out of the 32 plans, these plans call for the construction of the second most residential units.
The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00632621.
The project is described in the filing as: Proposed new seven-story mixed-use building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby, parking space for 12 cars, and a health care facility. The second floor will have six dwelling units, and floors three through seven will each have seven dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space.
The architect listed is S. Wieder Architect P.C.
The property was acquired for $1.9 million on October 6, 2021.
