Candor Capital $22M condo plan with 37 units submitted in Flatbush
On August 17, a condominium plan was submitted by Candor Capital for 37 residential units and one commercial unit at 458 East 25th Street in Flatbush, Brooklyn.
The condo plan, CD210239, has a sellout price of $22 million with the New York State Attorney General. Shlomo Sinay is listed as the principal.
In May of 2019, David Sinay filed new building plans with the NYC Department of Buildings calling for the construction of a 55-foot tall, five-story, 27,828-square-foot mixed-use building with 37 dwelling units at the property.
Per the plans, the basement will have an ambulatory and diagnostic facility. The ground floor will have seven dwelling units, floors two through four will each have eight units per floor, while the fifth floor will have six dwelling units and a recreation space. The building will have two parking spaces.
The plans were permitted earlier this year in January.
The site was purchased in 2019 for $1.2 million.
