Build360, MDF Development Group file $39M condo plan in Gowanus

Build360 and MDF Development Group, on March 9, submitted a condominium plan for 13 residential units at 280 Bond Street, in Gowanus, Brooklyn. The building has an alternate address 480 Degraw Street.

The condo plan, CD210064, has a $39,360,000 sellout price with the New York State Attorney General. Ken Hudes and Mark Rechler of Build360, along with Matthew Frank of MDF Development Group are the principals of the sponsor.

In September of 2017, Matthew Frank under the joint venture’s Gowanus Park LLC filed new building plans calling for a 50-foot tall, four-story, 34,679-square-foot building. The plans have been permitted but have not received a TCO yet.

Atelier New York is responsible for the design of the building.
