Brookfield finishes $59.3M of build-out work at One Manhattan West
Brookfield Properties, on May 24, formally completed build-out projects totaling $59.3 million of work, at 400 West 33rd Street in Hudson Yards. The building is commonly referred to as One Manhattan West.
In February the developer wrapped up two projects totaling $29.7 million of work at the building.
The first plans, pre-filed on December 12, 2019, call for work on floors 18 through 22 of the 998-foot tall, 69-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: work for interior renovation as per plans filed. No change of use, egress, or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $17,713,000.
Gensler was the architect named.
