Bridgewater Capital Partners files plans for a 134K sf storage building in Staten Island

Bridgewater Capital Partners, on April 24, filed a permit application for construction of a 134,044-square-foot storage building at 4965 Arthur Kill Road in Staten Island.

The plans call for the construction of a 50-foot tall, 4-story, 134,044-square-foot building.

The project is described in the filings as: new building – self-storage facility.

The property was acquired for $11.0 million on December 30, 2015.
