Bridge Development Partners files plans for 36K sf storage building in Sunset Park

Bridge Development Partners, on August 28, filed a permit application for construction of a 36,381-square-foot storage building at 73 20th Street in Sunset Park.

The plans call for the construction of a 47-foot tall, two-story building. John Porcek of Bridge was the owner representative on the filing.

The project is described in the filings as: construct new two two-story commercial use building as per plans filed.

According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will has a day care, warehouse space, office space, and online storage space. The second floor will also have warehouse space in addition to a break room.

The architect listed is Ware Malcomb.

The property was acquired for $40.8 million on January 10, 2019.

Demolition plans have yet to be filed.
