Boston Properties finishes $3.2M single-floor rehab of Times Square Tower
Boston Properties, on August 13, completed a $3.2 million rehabilitation of one floor of the Times Square Tower at 7 Times Square in Times Square.
The plans, pre-filed July 16, 2019, call for a rehab of the 45th floor of the 685-foot tall, 48-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: interior renovations on the 45th floor as per plans filed herewith. No change to use, egress, or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $3,181,940.
The building occupies a full block bound by 42nd Street, Broadway, and Seventh Avenue.
Five A2 renovations have been filed at the property so far this year. Boston Properties has also been active elsewhere. This month the developer filed plans for a $12.2 million fit-out of one floor of the General Motors Building, at 767 Fifth Avenue in the Plaza District.
