Boston Properties finishes $14.9M single-floor rehab of 399 Park Avenue

Boston Properties, on May 19, formally completed a $14.9 million rehabilitation of one floor of an office building at 399 Park Avenue in Plaza District.

The plans, pre-filed on October 3, 2019, call for a rehab of the fourth floor of the 482-foot tall, 43-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: interior renovation as per plans filed herewith. No change in use occupancy or egress. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $14,900,000.

Gensler was listed as the architect.

In February Boston Properties wrapped up a $12.7 million rehab of three floors of the building.
