Boston Properties files plans for $3.1M multi-floor rehab at 599 Lexington

Boston Properties, on August 12, filed plans for a $3.1 million rehabilitation of three floors of an office building at 599 Lexington Avenue in the Plaza District, Manhattan.

The plans came two days after the developer filed plans for a $14.5 million rehab of the same three floors of the building.

The plans call for work on floors 10 through 12 of the 650-foot-tall, 47-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00562271.

The project is described in the filing as: Mechanical modifications of the 10-12th floors as per plans filed here with. No change in egress, use or occupancy.
