Boris Babakhanov files plans for 44-unit mixed-use building in Riverdale

Boris Babakhanov, on May 27, filed a permit application for construction of a 44-unit, 28,245-square-foot mixed-use building at 2739 Creston Avenue in Riverdale, the Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of an 80-foot-tall, nine-story mixed-use building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number X00518497. The development site spans two tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: application filed to construct nine-story mixed-use new building as per plans filed.

According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby, day care, recreation space, and residential lobby. Floors two through five will each have six dwelling units per floor, while floors seven through nine will each have five dwelling units per floor.

The estimated job cost is $6,678,600.
