Bluejay Management permitted for 43-unit resi building in Flatbush

Marc Jacobowitz’s Bluejay Management, on January 28, was given a permit for construction of a 43-unit, 32,956-square-foot residential building at 45 Lenox Road in Flatbush, Brooklyn.

The plans, pre-filed on March 30, 2020, call for the construction of a 85-foot tall, eight-story, 32,956-square-foot residential building with 43 residential units.

The project is described in the filings as: new basement, seven-story & mezzanine, 46 residential units concrete building.

Per the plans, floors one and two will each have seven dwelling units per floor, floors three through six will each have six dwelling units per floor, and the seventh floor will have two dwelling units and terraces. The cellar will have six dwelling units and recreation space.

Studio Gallos is listed as the architect.

The property was acquired for $3.8 million on January 4, 2019.
