Bromley Companies files plans for $13.8M build-out in Flatiron
The Bromley Companies, on January 28, filed plans for a $13.8 million build-out of several floors at 122 Fifth Avenue in Flatiron, Manhattan. The building is between 17th and 18th Streets.
The plans call for work on floors six through 11 of the 168-foot-tall, 11-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00643690.
The project is described in the filing as: Interior tenant build-out on multiple floors including installation of non-load bearing partitions, doors/frames, and related finishes. No change in use, egress or occupancy under this application.
Last year proposals from the developer to construct a new rooftop pavilion and update the building’s facade were reviewed by the Landmarks Preservation Commission. Renderings of the proposed expansion can be seen below.
