BK Developers files plans for 19-unit resi building in LIC

BK Developers, on March 3, filed plans calling for the construction of a 18,704-square-foot residential building with 19 dwelling units at 50-07 5th Street in Long Island City.

The plans call for the construction of residential building.

According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby, two parking spaces, and two dwelling units. The second floor will have three dwelling units and recreation space, floors three through five will each have four dwelling units per floor, and the sixth floor will have two dwelling units.

Zproekt Architecture is listed as the architect.

Demolition plans were filed on March 4 for the two-story building on the property.

The estimated job cost is listed at $3,748,000.
