Sharone Ben Harosh files plans for 61K sf commercial logistics center in Mott Haven

Sharone Ben Harosh through the company 99 Evergreen LLC, on May 23, filed a permit application for construction of a 61,941-square-foot commercial logistics center at 181 Canal Street West in Mott Haven, Bronx.

There have been 14 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 60-foot-tall, three-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00741116.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 347 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: new three-story commercial logistics center building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have an entrance, parking for trucks, and an office. Floors two and three will each have office space and logistic center space.

The architect listed is Kushner Studios.

The property was acquired for $11.6 million on September 19, 2019.
