BFC Partners permitted for two buildings with a combined 420 units 218-unit in Central Harlem
BFC Partners, on May 10, received a permit for construction of a 218-unit, 184,836-square-foot mixed-use building at 72 East 120th Street and a 202-unit, 172,186-square-foot mixed-use building at 77 East 118th Street in Central Harlem. Brandon Baron, a principal with the firm, filed the plans.
The first plans, pre-filed on April 24, 2020, call for the construction of a 216-foot tall, 20-story building at 72 East 120th Street.

The project is described in the filings as: erect a 20-story new building.
Per the plans, the ground floor will have retail spaces, a residential lobby, and parking. The second floor will have parking. The third floor will have a pool, exercise rooms, recreation spaces, a terrace, an office, and four dwelling units. The fourth floor will have four dwelling units. Floors five through seven will each have 10 dwelling units per floor, floors eight through 13 will each have 19 dwelling units per floor, the 14th floor will have 12 dwelling units and recreation spaces, and floors 15 through 20 will each have nine dwelling units per floor.
