Yitzi Salamon files plans for enlargement of two-story building to 17 units in Kingsbridge

Yitzi Salamon, on May 11, filed plans for a project to enlarge a two-unit building to a 17-unit building at 2775 Reservoir Avenue in Kingsbridge, Bronx.

The plans call for the increase in size of the building from a 30-foot tall, two-story building with two dwelling units to a 62-foot tall, five-story building with 17 dwelling units. This was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00718234.

The project is described in the filing as: application filed herewith to propose the following horizontal and vertical enlargement. proposed penthouse, increase dwelling units to 17, obtain new certificate of occupancy.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have three dwelling units, floors two through four will each have four dwelling units per floor, and the penthouse will have one dwelling unit. The basement will have one dwelling unit.

The property was acquired for $610,000 on January 15, 2014.
