BFC Partners, on April 24, filed a permit application for construction of a 202-unit, 172,186-square-foot residential building at 77 East 118th Street in Central Harlem.
The plans call for the construction of a 216-foot tall, 20-story, residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: erect a 20-story new building.
The plans show that the proposed building will have retail space located on the ground floor.
Marvel Architects is currently listed as the architect for the new development.
According to the city’s GIS map, there are currently no buildings located on the property, so it is likely no demolition will be needed. It is currently used as a parking facility.
