BFC Partners, on March 4, filed a permit application for construction of a 376-unit, 293,286-square-foot residential building at 1607 Surf Avenue in Coney Island.

The plans call for the construction of a 104-foot tall, 10-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: construct new 10 – story building as per plans filed.
