Gotham Organization filed plans for construction of a 366-unit, 377K sf residential building in Lower East Side

Gotham Organization, on March 6, filed a permit application for construction of a 366-unit, 376,987-square-foot residential building at 60 Norfolk Street in Lower East Side.

The plans call for the construction of a 310-foot tall, 30-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: filing for new thirty story mixed use building.
