Bernard Bauer files plans for 32-unit residential building in Fordham

Bernard Bauer, on November 19, filed a permit application for construction of a 32-unit, 22,192-square-foot residential building at 2586 Bainbridge Avenue in Fordham, the Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of a 40-foot tall, four-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed four-story new building.

The ground floor of the building will have three dwelling units and parking for 16 cars. The second floor will have nine dwelling units, while floors three and four will each have 10 dwelling units.

Issac & Stern Architects is listed as the architect.

No demolition plans have been filed yet.

The property was acquired for $200,000 on November 13, 2013.
