Windsor Global gets TCO for 56K sf mixed-use building in Bed-Stuy, begun by Hello Living

Jacob Gold’s New Jersey-based Windsor Global, on November 19, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 49-unit, 56,343-square-foot mixed-use at 1520 Fulton Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

The plans, pre-filed on May 13, 2015, called for the construction of a 100-foot tall, 10-story mixed-use building. The time from pre-file to TCO was five years and six months. The original owner representative for the development was Eli Karp, CEO of Hello Living. However, by June 2019  Jacob Gold, CEO of Windsor, had taken control of the property. The current construction loan was provided by Madison Realty Capital.

The project is described in the filings as: new building.

The cellar of the building has a garage with parking for 25 cars, according to the plans. The ground floor has a residential lobby and retail space. The second floor has a recreation area, four dwelling units, and a terrace. Floors three through seven each have six dwelling units per floor, the eighth floor has five dwelling units, the ninth and 10th floors each have four dwelling units and the lower and upper halves of two duplex units.
