Himmel & Meringoff finishes $4.8M multi-floor rehab of commercial building in Clinton
Himmel & Meringoff, on November 19, formally completed a $4.8 million rehab of two floors of a commercial building at 525 West 57th Street in Clinton.
The plans, pre-filed on December 4, 2018, call for a rehab of floor nine and 10 of the 138-foot tall, 12-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: construction to the ninth and 10th floor as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $4,822,176.00.
HLW International LLP was the architect.
LabCorp and the Tisch MS Research Center are two prominent tenants in the building.
This past June, CBRE announced it had been named the exclusive leasing agent by Himmel + Meringoff Properties for 525 West 57th Street.
