Barry Wagschal files plans for 49-unit resi building in Cypress Hills
Barry Wagschal through the company GW Equities LLC, on May 13, filed a permit application for construction of a 49-unit, 34,153-square-foot mixed-use building at 3051 Atlantic Avenue in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn.
There have been 17 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of a 98-foot-tall, nine-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00735907.
The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 150 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed nine-story residential building. Total of 49 dwelling units. Filing for 421a foundation approval.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have eight parking spaces, a residential lobby, and commercial space. Floors two through five will each have seven dwelling units per floor, the sixth floor will have six dwelling units and recreation space, and floors seven through nine will each have five dwelling units per floor.
