Atlantis Development files plans for Tremont demo ahead of 49-unit development

Atlantis Development, on March 22, filed a permit application for the demolition of a building at 2001 Creston Avenue in Tremont, the Bronx.

The plans call for the demolition of a two-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: full demolition of two-story plus attic and basement stucco building.

Earlier this year the developer filed new building plans calling for the construction of a 63-foot tall, seven-story, 33,716-square-foot residential building with 49 dwelling units at the site.

Leder-Luis Architectural Design, PLLC is the architect.

The property was acquired for $1,000,000 on September 25, 2017.
