Atlantis Development files plans for 49-unit resi building in Tremont
Atlantis Development, on October 15, filed a permit application for construction of a 49-unit, 29,843-square-foot residential building at 2001 Creston Avenue in Tremont, Bronx. Robert Lumaj filed the plans.
The developer originally filed plans for the development in January. However, those plans were marked as “closed by the admin” on April 4.
The plans call for the construction of a 63-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00481378. The development site spans one tax lot.

According to the plans, floors one through seven will each have seven dwelling units per floor.

Demolition plans were filed in March for the two-story building at the site.
