Atlantic Pearl Investments finishes $4.9M multi-floor rehab of hotel building in Seaport

Atlantic Pearl Investments, on August 20, completed a $4.9 million rehabilitation of several floors of a hotel building at 33 Peck Slip in the Seaport neighborhood in Manhattan.

The plans, pre-filed on October 5, 2016, call for a rehab of floors one through seven of the 74-foot tall, seven-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: demolish and construct interior partitions, ceilings and doors work at the entrance, and building first floor from as shown on drawings filed herewith no change to use egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $4,901,255.

MLG Architects is the architect listed on the application.

No plans have been filed at the building since early 2018. These 2016 plans are the last plans filed with a cost greater than $1 million.

The property was acquired for $38.3 million on January 29, 2016.
