Astral Weeks files plans for 46-unit resi building in East Flatbush
Astral Weeks Development, on January 3, filed a permit application for construction of a 46-unit, 31,578-square-foot residential building at 340 Lenox Road in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Joseph Roubeni, co-founder and principal of Astral Weeks, filed the plans.
These are the first new development plans filed in East Flatbush this year. In 2021 there were 35 new building plans, which called for the construction of 354 new dwelling units in the neighborhood.
The plans call for the construction of a 125-foot-tall, 12-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00653688. The development site spans one tax lot.
The project is described in the filing as: 12-story residential building with 46 dwelling units.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have 14 parking spaces. The second floor will have three dwelling units, floors three though five will each have five dwelling units per floor, and floors six through 12 will each have four dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space.
