Ashad Ajim files plans for 14-unit resi building in Jamaica

Ashad Ajim through the company 163 Avenue LLC, on July 27, filed a permit application for construction of a 14-unit, 9,870-square-foot residential building at 88-29 163rd Street in Jamaica, Queens.

The plans call for the construction of a 57-foot-tall, four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00769990.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 33 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed four-story new building with cellar and penthouse, 14 dwelling units, obtain new certificate of occupancy.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have three dwelling units. Floors two and three will each have four dwelling units, the fourth floor will have two dwelling units and the lower half of a duplex unit, the upper half will be on the penthouse level.

The property was acquired for $460,000 on November 29, 2007.
