Yisroel Greenfeld files demo plans ahead of 20-unit development in East Williamsburg

Yisroel Greenfeld, on July 29, filed a permit application for the demolition of a building at 104 Frost Street in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

On May 25, the developer filed a permit application for construction of a 20-unit, 13,499-square-foot residential building at the site.

The plans call for the demolition of a two-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: full demolition to a two-story building.
