Asana Partners signs $26.5M loan with Synovus Bank in Williamsburg

Asana Partners through the entity Ap 66-72 N. 6th St. (Brooklyn), LLC as borrower signed a loan with lender Synovus Bank valued at $26.5 million for three properties including the mixed-use building (K4) at 70 North 6th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, retail building (J2) at 66 North 6th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and mixed-use building (K4) at 93 North 6th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on May 3, 2021 and was recorded on May 18, 2021.
The three properties have 30,750 square feet of built space and 17,611 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 48,375 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $861 and the price per buildable square foot is $547 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for Asana Partners was Jason K. Thompkins. The signatory for Synovus Bank was Tyler B. Hudson.
