Gazit Horizons signs $26M loan with New York Life for retail in Williamsburg

Gazit Horizons through the entity Gazit Horizons (Edge) Fee Owner LLC as borrower signed a loan with lender New York Life Insurance Company at $26 million for seven retail units (CC) including at 34 North 6th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on May 5, 2021 and was recorded on May 18, 2021.
The seven properties have 60,284 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $431 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for Gazit Horizons was Jeff Mooallem.
(302143883)The DOB issued a new construction (NB) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building with 251 residential units on August 24, 2012.
