Artimus permitted for 152-unit mixed-use building in Central Harlem
Artimus, on November 19, received a permit for construction of a 152-unit, 122,872-square-foot mixed-use building at 88 East 127th Street in Central Harlem, in Manhattan. Robert Ezrapour filed the plans.
The plans, pre-filed on June 21, 2019, call for the construction of a 204-foot tall, 18-story mixed-use building.
The project is described in the filings as: construct a new 18-story mixed-use building as per plans filed.
Per the plans, the ground floor will have a lobby and sports/athletic store. The third floor will have a fitness room, lounges, and a recreation area. Floors four through eight will each have 15 dwelling units per floor, floors nine through 17 will each have eight dwelling units per floor, while the 18th floor will have five dwelling units, a lounge, and recreation area. The roof will also have recreation space.
GF55 Partners is listed as the architect.
Last year the developer received a TCO for another Central Harlem development, this one at 251 West 117th Street. The 97,780-square-foot residential building has 104 dwelling units.
Other active plans from the developer include plans filed in June of this year for the construction of a 140-unit, 99,207-square-foot residential building at 22 Cumming Street in Inwood, Manhattan.
GF55 Architects is also behind that project.
