Artimus NYC files plans for 140-unit residential building in Inwood

Artimus NYC, on June 2, filed a permit application for construction of a 140-unit, 99,207-square-foot residential building at 22 Cumming Street in Inwood, Manhattan. Dan Haron filed the plans.

The plans call for the construction of a 95-foot tall, nine-story residential building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number M00529349. The development site spans two tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: new nine-story building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have five dwelling units. Floors two through six will each have 18 dwelling units per floor, while floors seven through nine will each have 15 dwelling units per floor.

GF55 Architects is listed as the architect.

The property was acquired for $12.5 million from Diocesan Missionary and Church Extension Society of the Protestant Episcopal Church on February 4, 2020.
